Payment Schedule & Method
- Homesaty placement Fee is non-refundable.
Placement Fee and Custodian Arrangement fee (Non-refundable) must be
paid with the Homestay Application.
- The First Month Homestay Fee & Airport
Pick-Up Fee must be paid when Homestay is arranged.
- Acceptable forms of payment are Bank Draft,
International Money Order payable to Western Traing Group Inc.
Refund Policy
- Homestay fees:
- 100% refund - Cancellation 30 days or more
- 50% refund - Cancellation 14 - 29 days
before arrival
- Non refund - Cancellation after original
arrival date
